Looking for meaningful work that fits around your life? It Takes A Family (ITAF) is growing, and we're looking for compassionate therapists to provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) services to children, teens, and families throughout Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties. Whether you're looking to supplement your current job, gain valuable clinical experience, or build your private caseload, we give you the flexibility to work the way you want. Compensation $75 per hour
  • LSW, LAC, LAMFT
    $90 per hour
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT
    Earn an additional $2,800
  • 4,200+ each month Paid per face-to-face clinical session You Control Your Schedule Work 5-15+ billable hours per week Choose the counties you want to serve Accept only the referrals that fit your schedule and location Build your caseload at your own pace Great opportunity alongside full-time employment or private practice Why Therapists Love Working With ITAF Flexible scheduling with no office hours Meaningful long-term work with children and families Minimum 2 hours per week per case to build strong therapeutic relationships Collaborative, supportive clinical team FREE clinical supervision toward licensure when maintaining 20+ IIC hours per week
