Duties Provide outstanding customer service to all patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Implement pain management strategies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive occupational health services. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on the latest developments in anatomy knowledge relevant to patient care. Promote services offered at the med spa, ensuring clients are informed about available treatments. Experience Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within a healthcare or wellness environment. Familiarity with medical terminology related to occupational health and patient service is essential. Experience in deep tissue massage techniques and pain management practices is highly desirable. Knowledge of anatomy and its application in patient assessment is beneficial. Previous experience in a med spa setting or similar environment is a plus.
