Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) — Castle Rock, CO South Denver Therapy is a private, cash-pay practice in Castle Rock. We're growing our team and looking for a skilled, compassionate therapist to provide individual therapy to clients in our community. This is a contractor role with real room to grow. You'll start with a lighter caseload as we build referrals, and you can ramp up toward full-time as your schedule fills. What you'll do Provide individual therapy to clients Build strong, trusting relationships that keep clients engaged in the work Use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation What we're looking for Active Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience working with adults across a range of presenting concerns EMDR experience is a plus A warm, client-centered approach and strong clinical judgment Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently The details

$105/hour Paid weekly 1099 independent contractor (this is not a W-2 employee position; no benefits or insurance provided)

Location:

Castle Rock, CO. Most work is in person. Remote sessions are possible when a client prefers and approves them.
