Jefferson Park Counseling is a growing private practice in Chicago seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our small, collaborative group practice. We are looking for an experienced clinician who brings a strong clinical specialty in couples/marriage counseling or adolescent therapy . We have an established referral network and a particularly strong demand for clinicians who can work effectively with adult men experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation concerns . This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to build a sustainable caseload without having to spend significant time generating their own referrals. What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in clinicians with one or more of the following: Experience providing couples or marriage counseling Strong experience working with adolescents Experience treating anxiety and depression Experience working with adult men and an interest in men's mental health Experience with emotional regulation, relationship concerns, or life transitions Training or experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EFT, or other appropriate modalities We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, compassionate, professional, and able to work independently. We are seeking fully licensed clinicians rather than pre-licensed or provisionally licensed therapists. The Opportunity Jefferson Park Counseling receives a steady stream of referrals, allowing our clinicians to focus on providing excellent therapy rather than constantly marketing for new clients. A significant portion of our current referral demand is for men seeking treatment for anxiety and depression . We are particularly interested in adding a clinician whose additional specialty in couples therapy or adolescent treatment will broaden the services we can offer to our referral network. For a full-time clinician, our target is approximately 20 client sessions per week , although scheduling and caseload can be tailored to the clinician's availability and preferences. Part-time arrangements are also available. Our goal is to provide clinicians with a reliable referral base while allowing them to develop the type of caseload they find professionally rewarding. We currently serve clients ages 13+ and provide both in-person therapy from our Jefferson Park office and telehealth throughout Illinois. This position may be especially well suited for you if: You enjoy working with adult men who may be reluctant or uncertain about therapy You have a particular interest in couples/relationship therapy or adolescent therapy You enjoy treating anxiety and depression You want the flexibility of a private-practice environment without having to generate your entire caseload independently You value autonomy while still being part of a small clinical team Schedule We are open to both part-time and full-time clinicians.
