Seeking a therapist for a private psychotherapy practice in Glenville, NY that is rapidly growing. This listing is specifically for LMSW, LMHC or LCSW therapists in the state of NY. This position is for a minimum of 10 hours a week (more available based on demand as the practice grows). For this position specifically, the following availability is required: In Person Availability Tuesday evenings from 3 - 8pm out of Glenville, NY office. In Person Availability Friday evenings from 5 - 8pm out of Glenville, NY office. 2+ hours of remote availability to meet the minimum hour requirement, and can be anytime (though evenings, 5pm on, are in high demand). Duties will include, but are not limited to: providing clinical services, completing all related documentation in a timely manner, coordination of services when required (minimal), completing intake assessments and discharge summaries as needed. You will be one of multiple therapists in the group practice, all with the goal to provide ethical, supportive and productive therapy services to our community. Of note, a strong value of mine is to make sure that therapists are able to be JUST therapists. All back office work, client acquisition, intake scheduling, EHR input and any and all things related to billing and credentialing are done by the practice. Therapists are responsible for only contact notes and treatment plans (twice a year). Therapists get paid whether the practice does or not, and it's a flat rate per session based on credential and experience. Incentive pay is available, as is reimbursement for CEU's and trainings. Additional benefits (401k, PTO) available in 2027 after 6 months of employment and meeting a weekly hourly requirement. The ideal candidate will have previous 1:1 clinical experience, where they feel comfortable working independently with an appropriate amount of clinical supervision and support. If a LMSW, once weekly supervision with a LCSW or LCSW-R supervisor in order to support clinical growth and to comply with hour requirements for licensure is also required. Experience with children a plus, but not required. An area of specialty is preferred, but again, not required.
