Additional Information About the Role Lead Anesthesia Technician Full-Time | Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Are you an experienced anesthesia professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a Lead Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesiology providers while helping lead and coordinate the daily activities of the anesthesia support team. This position is ideal for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about patient safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepare IVs, central lines, and transducers for anesthesia procedures. Assist with rapid infusion of blood products, blood specimen processing, and EKG testing. Set up, prime, calibrate, and perform quality checks on anesthesia equipment. Support specialized procedures, including line placements, fiber optic intubations, hemodilution, echocardiograms, EEGs, and regional anesthesia procedures. Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to anesthesia support staff. Assist with work assignments, workflow coordination, and departmental audits. Help ensure clinical areas are fully stocked, organized, and prepared to support safe patient care at all times. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, nurses, and surgical teams to support efficient procedural operations. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. 5 to 10 years of anesthesia technician or related healthcare experience. Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and procedural support. Ability to work independently while leading and supporting team members. Preferred Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.
A.T. or equivalent). Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CPR/AED Certification. Previous experience mentoring, training, or coordinating the work of others. Why Join Us?
