Assists anesthesia personnel with the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment utilized during peri-operative procedures.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides technical support to anesthesia personnel during the preparation and insertion of specialized invasive monitoring equipment. (30%) Ensures that all anesthetizing locations are in a state of readiness. (30%) Maintain proper standards of cleanliness and organization of the Anesthesia workroom. (15%) Manages equipment, supplies, and medication according to established guidelines in order to maintain safe, efficient, and cost effective programs. (15%) Participates in hospital, division, and department activities.(10%) Performs other duties as assigned or required.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Must meet one of the following qualifications: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as an Anesthesia Technician or Emergency/Medical or related experience Graduate from an accredited Anesthesia Tech school or program CPR - American Heart Association Preferred ASATT Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) or ASATT Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.
