Are you a passionate, credentialed art therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in specialized healthcare? •Joe's Art Time, LLC•is expanding its clinical services across adult and children medical, addiction and specialized healthcare organizations throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida regions. We are seeking a dedicated, Master's-level Art Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, clinical art therapy services directly with our regional partner sites. Our tiered compensation structure is designed to support your professional journey from provisional status to board certification: Tier 1.
Credentials & Experience Provisional:
Master's degree in Art Therapy; ATR-Provisional status. Building clinical hours. Hourly Rate Range, $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Tier 2: Registered Registered Art Therapist (ATR) credential active. 1-3 years of autonomous clinical experience. Hourly Rate Range, $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Tier 3: Board-Certified Registered Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC). Advanced clinical experience, specialized healthcare, or regional site management capabilities. $31.00 to $35.00 per hour

CEC's Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality clinical art therapy sessions across various regional healthcare facilities. Maintain strict client privacy and data security in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Participate in mandatory professional development and training refreshers to maintain the organization's high standards of service delivery. Collaborate effectively with site administrators and represent Joe's Art Time, LLC with utmost professionalism.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Art Therapy.
Credentials:
Active ATR-Provisional, ATR, or ATR-BC status required.
Travel:
Paid (Fed) mileage rate and hourly rate while traveling. Must have reliable transportation for regional travel across the Tampa Bay/Central Florida area, and a willingness to maintain travel safety and data security protocols while on the road.
Skills:
Strong independent clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. To ensure the highest standard of care, performance reviews are conducted every six months. Evaluations are directly tied to the organization's core mission and are heavily based on client satisfaction with the delivery of your art therapy services.
