Primary Adolescent Therapist Primary Therapist is responsible for providing excellent comprehensive clinical care to adolescents. Conducts individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with written treatment plan based upon assessed needs. Coordinates all services for patient care and assists in crisis intervention. Effectively communicates relevant clinical information to the Patient, family, group, and Ambrosia staff. Completes all documentation according to Company and regulatory requirements. On call responsibility on a rotating schedule with all Clinicians.

Requirements:

Master's degree in counseling, social work or related human services field. 1 to 2 years of experience with adolescents. 1 to 2 years of experience in an outpatient, day treatment, residential and/or hospital setting.
