Leads activities involving art, crafts, and similar activities. Assists patients with disabilities to learn to use public resources such as parks and public transportation, and integrate in the community. Works with people of all ages, in schools, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare facilities, or in parks and recreation departments.

Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Ensure completion of all initial assessments for assigned patient group. Completes psychosocial history on all assigned patients. This may include notification of other disciplines when there are noticeable omissions in the record and contacting patient's support system to obtain additional information. Assures that the master treatment plan is developed within 72 hours of admission of the assigned patient population. Ensures that all assigned patients have an individualized crisis plan developed. Provides clinical oversight to assure that treatment plan interventions are followed. Maintains collaboration with Admission Department to provide clinical support for initial screenings. Provides appropriate back up for assessments when there is need. Ensures that group therapy, individual therapy and family therapy coverage is provided in accordance with schedule and needs of assigned patients.
Requirements:
Licensed (or license eligible) Clinician in the state of GA, LPC or LCSW Must have experience of 1+ year Computer proficient with previous heavy data entry experience Experience in inpatient setting preferred The Licensed Therapist assesses and counsels patients regarding psychological or emotional problems and develops and implements a therapeutic treatment plan. The Therapist collaborates with all members of the treatment team and provides clinical supervision, guidance and developmental support for program staff, and clinical structure and guidance for the treatment team. The Therapist provides group, family and individual sessions for acute care patients as indicated.
