An Art Therapist directs and coordinates recreational activities for people with disabilities or illness to help them improve their emotional and physical well-being, improve motor skills and increase confidence. Leads activities involving art, crafts, and similar activities. Assists patients with disabilities to learn to use public resources such as parks and public transportation, and integrate in the community. Works with people of all ages, in schools, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare facilities, or in parks and recreation departments.

ITTC (Indiana Teen Treatment Center) is opening a new Adolescent IOP/PHP facility in Indianapolis , and we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Clinical Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a program from the ground up while making a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents who are struggling with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy Develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups Maintain timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the treatment team and families Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active Indiana license or license-eligible ( LSW, LMHCA, or equivalent ) Adolescent mental health/substance use experience preferred Group therapy experience strongly preferred Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Join ITTC in building something meaningful and helping Indianapolis adolescents get the support they need to thrive.
Pay:
$55,662.88 - $65,056.37 per year
