At least 1 year of clinical/therapeutic experience About the Role Easy Choice Wellness is seeking a compassionate, licensed Therapist to join our clinical team full-time. The Therapist will provide individual and/or group therapy to clients enrolled in our treatment program, collaborating closely with our Clinical, Recovery Housing, and Operations teams to support each client's recovery and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients in the treatment program
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and program standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate care with Recovery Housing, Clinical, and Case Management staff
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and safety concerns
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing board regulations, and program policies Qualifications
- Active LMSW license in the state of Maryland (required); LCSW-C a plus
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing clinical therapy services
- Experience working with individuals in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Schedule & Compensation
