Clinical Director Responsibilities:

Provide therapy to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate with families and community resources, maintain confidential records, and participate in crisis hotline and weekend coverage. Engage in ongoing professional growth and community mental health programs.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, 2+ years of social services experience, Iowa licensure (LISW preferred), and ability to relocate. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
