Job Description

Job Overview inFlow Therapy is seeking a trauma informed, passionate and highly skilled Licensed Art Therapist to join a small growing group practice dedicated to fostering healing and growth through body-focused and creative therapies. As aTherapist in this role, you will provide integrative psychotherapy services utilizing pyschotherapy, mindfulness, art therapy and other techniques to clients across diverse backgrounds and teens, young adults and adults. Your expertise will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, childhood trauma, attachment trauma, CPTSD/PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, grief, nuerodivergence, and other mental health concerns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while deepening your clinical skill in trauma treatment, in a supportive, trauma-focused, client-centered team environment while working independently within a collaborative team. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals Facilitate individual and group sessions Apply evidence-based, trauma-focused, integrative practices such as psychotherapy, DBT, IFS/parts work, mindfulness, body-focused/somatic therapy, art therapy, narrative therapy, EMDR among others Document clinical progress accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations and maintain detailed medical records and documentation of all sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients with complex needs such as PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, among other mental health concerns. Educate clients and their families about therapeutic processes and coping strategies to support ongoing mental health management Collaborate with team members and contribute to the practice's social media presence Requirements Valid license as a Licensed Art Therapist (LCAT) and Board Certfication (ATR-BC) Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working teens or adults in a trauma focused way. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy, mental health counseling, integrative psychotherapies beyond Art Therapy. Strong desire to deepen clinical skill in treating trauma and developing expertise in the field, gain futher training in other modalities, etc. Familiarity with medical documentation standards including HIPAA compliance Experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions across diverse populations Excellent communication skills for engaging clients of all ages and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage caseload of up to 20 clients effectively while maintaining detailed records and adhering to confidentiality and treament standards Strong desire to be a part of a growing group practice, particapte and contribute to the growth of the practice and your own career growth within the practice. Preferred Additional training/certification such as EMDR, IFS/parts work, Somatic Therapy Techniqiues or other approaches Join us in delivering excellent, compassionate and trauma focused psychotherapy that harnesses the power of expressive, body-focused, healing modalities.
