We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide mental health support, primarily for clients with PTSD. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic techniques, including applied behavior analysis. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in care coordination, transition meetings, and discharge planning. Engage in clinical research to improve practices and outcomes. Monitor client progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; experience with youth preferred; strong assessment and communication skills; knowledge of ABA techniques a plus; commitment to professional development.

Details:

Full-time, part-time, or contract roles at $45-$50/hour; up to 20 hours/week; in-person work location.
