Job Summary:

Affinity Hospice Management LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Art Therapist to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Hospice Art Therapist PRN (Per Diem), you will provide therapeutic and educational services to patients with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Responsibilities:

Provide Art Therapy services to patients and their loved ones, incorporating various art forms such as painting, drawing, and sculpture to promote emotional expression and healing Conduct individual and group sessions, assessing patients' needs and adapting therapy plans accordingly Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including patients' families and caregivers, to develop comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions, therapy plans, and progress notes Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay informed about best practices in Art Therapy and Hospice care Utilize your expertise to enhance the psychosocial and emotional well-being of patients and their loved ones

Qualifications:

•Master's degree in Art Therapy, Counseling, or related field 1+ year of experience as an Art Therapist, preferably in a hospice or palliative care setting Active registration with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) or the American Art Therapy Association (AATA) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams About the
