Renewal Pathway, LLC is seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role will provide structured, trauma-informed, person-centered behavioral-health and substance-use-disorder services for adults in recovery. The therapist will facilitate IOP group sessions three days per week, provide individual therapy as needed, complete biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments, establish diagnoses and treatment plans, and maintain timely, Medicaid-compliant clinical documentation. The therapist must be able to independently complete and sign their own notes without supervision. This position will work closely with the Director, CSAs, housing staff, medication-management partners, and other treatment providers to support each client's recovery goals. As Renewal Pathway grows, there may be an opportunity for the right candidate to take on clinical-supervision responsibilities.
