Job Description

We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our therapy team at a youth crisis center serving adolescents aged 12-17. Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and discharge planning. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help students build coping skills, confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with academic staff on IEPs. Maintain licensure, complete required documentation, and adhere to program policies. Possibility of evening or weekend calls due to student needs. Requirements include a current license (Ph.D., Psy.

D., CSW, LCSW, MFT, ACMHC, or CMHC), background clearance, and experience in mental health and family treatment. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred.
