Manage a caseload of 8-9 clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure timely documentation. Facilitate addiction-related psychotherapy groups and life-skills classes. Diagnose and treat SUD and mental health issues per DSM-V and ASAM criteria. Create a safe environment for exploring difficult topics and support collaborative team efforts. Qualifications include a current Utah therapy license, preferably experience in behavioral health, and proficiency with EMR systems.
