Job Description

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or a related field. Certifications
  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential in good standing. Experience
  • Experience in corporate fitness, occupational health, industrial wellness, or tactical athlete performance.
  • Military background or experience working with military populations strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing workplace stretching, mobility, or conditioning programs. Responsibilities
  • Conduct movement assessments, stretching programs, and injury prevention initiatives for employees in industrial and field environments.
  • Provide onsite coaching focused on body mechanics, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement.
  • Assist in early symptom intervention and help employees address minor musculoskeletal discomfort before escalation.
  • Partner with safety and operations teams to support ergonomic and wellness strategies.
  • Educate employees on injury prevention, recovery techniques, hydration, conditioning, and workplace wellness.
  • Develop and lead warm-up, stretching, and conditioning programs tailored to job demands.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and program participation records as required.
  • Foster a culture of safety, health, and physical resilience.
