We're looking for a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to work directly with our hand and upper extremity specialists in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to apply your clinical and rehabilitation skills within an orthopedic practice setting. Key Responsibilities Assist the physician with clinic procedures, including room setup, patient prep, and instrument management.

Provide direct clinical support:

assist with casting, splint fabrication, suture removal, wound care, and post-procedure education. Document patient history, treatments, and progress notes accurately in the EHR. Coordinate care between the physician, therapy team, and patients to ensure seamless communication. Manage supply inventory and contribute to maintaining clinic efficiency. Participate in patient education related to injury prevention, post-operative protocols, and rehabilitation plans. What We're Looking For Current BOC certification and Idaho Athletic Trainer license (or eligibility). Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Prior orthopedic or upper extremity clinical experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with EHR systems; knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards. A proactive, compassionate professional who enjoys hands-on patient care and continuous learning.
