20 Consistent Hours/Week | No Weekends | September 2026-February 2027 Are you an Athletic Trainer who loves the rehabilitation and sports medicine side of athletic training and is looking for consistent part-time hours? Midwest Sport & Spine Center is seeking a licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our Noblesville team beginning approximately September 2026 through February 2027 . This is a temporary part-time position offering a set, predictable schedule of approximately 20 hours every week . There are no weekends, games, tournaments, or unpredictable event-coverage hours . You'll work in our outpatient clinic alongside our Physical Therapist, chiropractors, and rehabilitation team, helping patients recover from orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports-related injuries.

2:30 PM-7:30 PM Approximately 20 hours per week, NO weekends. About the Position This position is ideal for an Athletic Trainer who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, injury recovery, and return-to-activity programming . You'll work with an active and diverse patient population ranging from athletes and active adults to individuals recovering from orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries. Our goal isn't simply to get patients out of pain. We want to help them restore strength, mobility, stability, and function so they can safely return to the activities they enjoy. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include: Guide patients through individualized therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs Work with patients on strength, mobility, stability, balance, flexibility, and functional movement Assist with sports injury rehabilitation and return-to-activity progression Monitor patient response and progression throughout rehabilitation Provide education regarding exercise, movement, recovery, and injury prevention Communicate patient progress and concerns with the appropriate clinical provider Collaborate with our Physical Therapist, chiropractors, and rehabilitation team Complete accurate and timely documentation Help maintain an organized, professional, and motivating rehabilitation environment
What We're Looking For Required:
BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) Current Indiana Athletic Trainer license or ability to obtain Indiana licensure Ability to consistently work the listed schedule Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent patient-care skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Preferred, but not required: Outpatient rehabilitation experience Orthopedic or sports medicine experience Experience with therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation Experience working with athletes or an active patient population Why This Position Is Different If you enjoy athletic training but want a break from late-night games, weekend tournaments, and constantly changing schedules , this may be a great fit.
