What Our Client Offers Starting salary: $60,000 $7,500 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available 18 days of PTO in your first year 10 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company matching Disability insurance Employee Assistance Program Wellness program No weekends Schedule The Princeton opportunity will offer a Monday-Friday schedule, with the applicable shift determined by the client: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Four 10-hour shifts, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM What You Will Do As part of our client's on-site employee health program, you will work directly with employees to identify potential injury risks and provide practical, movement-focused interventions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct musculoskeletal examinations and physical demand assessments Perform ergonomic evaluations and identify opportunities to reduce workplace injury risks Provide individual and group education focused on functional movement and injury prevention Conduct job simulations and movement-based training Provide first aid and early intervention services in accordance with OSHA standards Provide movement and performance recommendations Coordinate follow-up and collaborate with medical and safety teams Support workplace wellness and injury-prevention initiatives Maintain accurate and timely employee health documentation Participate in meetings, task forces, and other program initiatives What You Will Bring BOC-certified Athletic Trainer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training program OR a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related movement-focused field with relevant experience Current BLS/CPR certification through AHA, ARC, or equivalent Occupational Health/Safety experience preferred Familiarity with OSHA regulations is a plus Ergonomics experience or certification is a plus Group exercise programming experience is a plus Strong communication, relationship-building, critical-thinking, and time-management skills Why This Opportunity?
