Job Summary Gain experience and become efficient by assisting Assistant Athletics Director Sports Medicine and supervising team physicians with the delivery of athletic health care for intercollegiate athletes and athletic teams. This is a limited duration position, lasting 12 months.What You'll Be Doing:
The Athletic Trainer Associate will be a member of the Purdue Sports Medicine Department working under the direct supervision of the Assistant Athletics Director Sports Medicine and team physicians to assist in delivering athletic health care for intercollegiate athletes and athletic teams. Additional duties will include but are not limited to: - Assist in Providing service care given of emergency needs of student-athletes.
- Assist in Providing immediate Rx rehabilitation for patients.
- Assist in Providing supervision of returning student-athlete to athletic activity.
- Assist in Providing appropriate documentation of care.
