Job Description
What We Offer Novant Health Sports Medicine is hiring a full time Athletic Trainer to support Davie County High School. At Novant Health, Athletic Trainers must be licensed in the appropriate state, act under the supervision of a physician and must adhere to the protocols and guidelines as required by the licensing agency. Athletic trainers also promote Novant Health and the Sports Medicine team through outreach and education for health and wellness in the community. Additional features of this Athletic Trainer role: supports a large 7A high school wide range of sports programs offered engaged, supportive school leadership school has a full-time AT who works in the classroom and provides additional AT coverage full access to Medbridge to maintain CEUs competitive benefits and generous PTO accrual (with a sellback option!) retirement plus plan (effective day 1 of employment!) with up to 6% company match What You'll Do cover student athletic events during the week with occasional weekend coverage work on-site at Davie County High School managing everyday sports medicine needs, evaluating injuries on the field, and guiding students and parents/guardians through safe recovery and rehabilitation
