Pryor, OK Concentra is seeking to hire a full time skilled, confident and engaging Certified Athletic Trainer who will work at our onsite medical facility. As an Athletic Trainer (AT), you will assist employees with injury prevention, first aid, ergonomic assessments, health coaching, and a variety of workplace safety duties. Partner with the client's Health and Safety team to promote a safer, healthier workplace. Coordinate health improvement activities, including injury assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and job task coaching. Develop and deliver injury prevention, ergonomics, and workplace safety training programs. Provide first aid and emergency care, and recommend medical treatment or referrals as needed. Support safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention efforts. Build trusted relationships with employees to encourage healthy behaviors and reduce workplace injuries. Track program utilization, outcomes, and referrals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Current BOC certification and state licensure/registration as an Athletic Trainer. Current First Aid and CPR/AED or BLS certification. Knowledge of kinesiology, health improvement programs, and ergonomic assessments.
