Job Description

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) - Full Time Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists | Portland Metro Area Monday-Friday | Some Remote Work | Hiring Now Orthopedic + Fracture Specialists is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to support our orthopedic physicians in a fast-paced clinical environment. This position allows Athletic Trainers to practice at the top of their license, working directly with orthopedic physicians to support patient evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical care. The role also provides opportunities to expand orthopedic clinical experience, participate in community outreach, and grow as part of a collaborative care team. This position is ideal for Athletic Trainers interested in orthopedic and sports medicine clinical practice. Responsibilities Obtain patient history, perform basic physical exams, and prepare patient presentations Assist with reviewing imaging and developing care plans Document visits, complete chart edits, and enter orders in EMR Fit DME, apply/remove casts/splints, and perform basic wound care Educate patients on rehab/home exercise programs Maintain clinic flow, prepare rooms, and support daily operations Optional outreach coverage with local schools/clubs (occasional evenings/weekends) Schedule & Benefits Full-time, Monday-Friday Some remote work (laptop provided) Competitive hourly pay Employer Sponsored Medical/dental benefits NATA dues & state licensure reimbursement CEU reimbursement up to $750/year Professional development encouraged; ATs are highly valued within our organization Qualifications BOC Certified Athletic Trainer Licensed (or eligible for license) in Oregon Orthopedic/clinical experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Team-oriented, patient-focused work style Why Work With Us?
