• 40/hour + Benefits We are hiring an Athletic Trainer who wants more than a traditional role.

This is a unique opportunity to work inside a fully integrated system that combines physical therapy, performance training, and wellness. You will not be stuck doing one thing all day. You will build real relationships, develop multiple skill sets, and grow into a leadership role within our clinic. What You'll Do This is a hybrid position with clear structure: Clinical Care (50%) Work under the direction of a Physical Therapist Assist in treatment progression and patient care Deliver high-quality, 1-on-1 patient interactions Performance & Wellness (25%) Assist with personal training programs Support VO2 max (PNOĒ) testing and assessments Help clients improve fitness, energy, and longevity Employer Services (25%) Perform pre-employment evaluations Lead ergonomic education sessions Assist with injury prevention programs What We're Looking For Licensed Athletic Trainer Experience in orthopedic or outpatient settings preferred Interest in fitness, strength training, or wellness Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive, energetic, and growth-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $30
