We are seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Athletic Trainer to support construction workers on-site in Fort Worth, TX . Key Responsibilities Provide injury prevention, evaluation, first aid, and rehabilitation services Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized wellness programs Educate workers on exercise, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and motivation Collaborate with Safety Professionals to enhance employee wellness initiatives Analyze health and injury trends and recommend program improvements Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Athletic Trainer or related experience Bilingual in Spanish/English ATC/LAT certification required Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field Experience in industrial or construction settings preferred Strong knowledge of orthopedic/sports medicine injuries, body mechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Health coaching or nutrition counseling experience is a plus Compensation & Schedule $31.00-$33.00 per hour Monday-Friday Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance, AD&D, Critical Illness Coverage Short- and Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program 401(k) with company match PTO and Paid Holidays $2500
