Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a School Therapist or in a 1:1 pediatric therapy setting Expertise in managing treatment plans for school-aged children and adolescents Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including later afternoon and evening hours Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with athletic staff, families, and school personnel Strong documentation skills for maintaining accurate records Relevant licensure or certification required for school-based pediatric therapy

Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic services to students, with a focus on 1:1 interaction and personalized care Collaborate with coaches, athletic directors, and school faculty to support the health and safety of student-athletes Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and document student progress Prepare and organize therapeutic supplies and equipment, especially on game days and athletic events Serve as a reliable resource for students' emotional and physical well-being Participate in school activities, including coverage for football games or other after-school events
