Are you a Certified Athletic Trainer who enjoys patient care, rehabilitation, and helping people return to the activities they love but would prefer a more predictable schedule than traditional athletic training roles often provide? At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center (LSTC), you'll work alongside experienced physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation setting. You'll help patients recover from injury, improve function, return to activity, and reach meaningful goals. We're a therapist-owned practice in Sterling, Virginia, serving active individuals throughout Loudoun County and Northern Virginia.

We Listen. We Care. We Get Results. What You'll Do As part of our rehabilitation team, you'll take an active role in guiding patients through their recovery and helping them make consistent progress.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a daily caseload of approximately 12-15 patients Developing and progressing individualized rehabilitation programs Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment approaches as appropriate Helping patients work toward return-to-sport and functional performance goals Collaborating with physical therapists and physical therapist assistants Participating in optional community outreach opportunities You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload while remaining part of a collaborative, supportive clinical team.
