We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting employee health, injury prevention, and occupational wellness within an industrial environment. Position Responsibilities Participate in case management and early injury intervention programs Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive injury prevention initiatives Provide job coaching and employee education on safe work practices Conduct ergonomic assessments and make recommendations to reduce injury risks Perform postural and body mechanics evaluations Facilitate successful return-to-work programs for injured employees Collect and track program utilization data, outcomes, and metrics Prepare cost comparison analyses and reporting Maintain accurate injury records and documentation Support wellness and injury prevention program promotions Conduct WorkSTEPS post-offer employment testing Schedule Full
  • Time:
    40 hours per week Monday through Friday
  • Some early morning coverage is required No weekends or holidays
