CALLING ALL ATHLETIC TRAINERS!

We've got the contract, now we just need the perfect candidate to fulfill it! This role is primarily a school-based position at a private Milwaukee-area high school with opportunities to earn commission-based wages beyond the school responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: $39,000 for 25 hours/week

• Commissions:

  60% of revenue generated beyond salary

• Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated skills in Athletic Training, including injury evaluation, acute care, and return-to-play planning.
• Experience in Injury Prevention and Prevention-focused programming for athletes and active individuals.
• Knowledge of Strength & Conditioning principles and ability to support perfomance training sessions.
• Competence in Rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercise progression and coordination with physical therapists.
• Relevant certification (e.g., BOC-certified Athletic Trainer) and eligibility for appropriate state licensure.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple cases, and
• maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• CPR/AED certification and familiarity with emergency action planning in athletic environments.
• Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy, sports medicine, or performance training is preferred.

$30.00
