Job Description

Position Summary This position provides high quality and appropriate patient care in the area of Audiology. Education Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited school. (Required) Experience Prior pediatric diagnostics experience (Required) Cochlear implant experience (Preferred) Certifications Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or American Board of Audiology Certification (Required) Eligible to obtain an AZ Department of Health Services Audiology and Speech Language Pathology license (including dispensing Audiologist) prior to start date. (Required) Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date. (Required) American Heart Association BLS certification prior to start date (Required) Special Skills Effective Communication (Required) Exceptional Teamwork (Required) Receives feedback gracefully (Required)
