Audiologist Opportunity Northern Arizona Build a new service line | Flexible weekday schedule | No call Opportunity Overview This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Audiologist who wants more than a traditional clinical role. You will have the chance to help build a new audiology program from the ground up while expanding access to hearing care for patients who currently travel long distances for services. Position Details Flexible full-time weekday schedule with the option of four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. No call responsibilities. Help establish and lead a brand-new audiology program, including workflows, protocols, best practices, and community outreach. Provide comprehensive hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, hearing-aid fitting and dispensing, counseling, and treatment planning. Dedicated sound/testing booth, audiology equipment, and two exam rooms are already available. Direct support from medical leadership, with an ENT provider available for consultation.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation:

$114,000 midpoint for a Master's-level Audiologist and $128,000 midpoint for an AuD, with flexibility based on experience. Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance. $15,000 sign on bonus + $15,000 retention bonus after 1 year. Salary-based compensation with no RVU or production model. 19.5 days of vacation annually to start (156 hours), plus 12 paid holidays; vacation increases with years of service. Qualifications Master's degree in Audiology required; AuD preferred. Current Arizona Audiologist license and Hearing Aid Dispensing License required. Two years of clinical practice preferred; this role is best suited for an experienced clinician comfortable building a program. BLS required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Bilingual English/Navajo skills are preferred but not required. Valid unrestricted driver's license and successful background investigation required.
