Qualifications & Experience:

Current licensure as an Audiologist Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations preferred Familiarity with comprehensive hearing evaluations and assistive listening devices Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt assessment and treatment plans to meet individual student needs Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities Flexibility to manage a caseload across grade levels (K-12)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hearing screenings and full audiological evaluations for students as needed Interpret results and communicate findings to families and school staff Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) related to auditory needs Coordinate and monitor the use of hearing aids, FM systems, and other assistive technologies Offer guidance and in-service training to teachers and educational staff on supporting students with hearing loss in the classroom Collaborate with related service providers, special educators, and counselors Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal standards This opportunity allows you to work directly with students and interdisciplinary teams, building positive relationships and witnessing the impact of your expertise throughout the school year.
