Responsibilities Conduct thorough hearing assessments, including audiometric testing, speech discrimination tests, and specialized diagnostic evaluations. Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids. Manage patient care from initial consultation through follow-up visits, ensuring personalized treatment plans that meet individual needs. Utilize patient management software and EMR/EHR (counselear) systems to document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately. Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for complex cases. Educate patients and their families about hearing health, device usage, maintenance, and communication strategies to enhance their daily lives. Stay updated on the latest advancements in clinical audiology, specialized testing methods, and new hearing technology solutions. Experience Proven experience in clinical audiology with a strong background in diagnostic evaluation and hearing aid fitting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and computer skills necessary for documentation and reporting tasks. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse patient populations while providing outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Leadership qualities that foster teamwork within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting are a plus. 3 years clinical experience preferred. $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
