Audiologist Brighton, CO Full Job Description The Hearing Place is a private practice audiology clinic serving the Northern Colorado community from its five Colorado locations in Fort Collins, Windsor, Johnstown, Sterling, and Brighton. Our Brighton office is seeking a Doctor of Audiology to join our team full-time.

Salary:

$65,000-75,000 base salary + uncapped bonus potential. Expected gross earnings between $85,000 - $170,000+

Required Qualifications:

M.A., M.S., or Ph.D./Au.

D. in Audiology Valid registration and licensure in Audiology by the State of Colorado or ability to obtain valid registration and licensure. 2+ years' post-graduate experience in a private practice or ENT setting, performing diagnostic evaluations and prescribing and fitting hearing aids

Desirable Skills:

Ability to practice, problem-solve, and treat patients independently with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal communication skills Experience quoting insurance benefits and discussing costs of treatment

Self-motivated Responsibilities:

Perform all kinds of audiological diagnostic testing including but not limited to: Audiometry (comprehensive, air, bone, etc.); Acoustic immittance testing; Tinnitus pitch and loudness matching, masking; and Speech recognition threshold and word recognition score. Expert consultation, prescription, dispensing, and fitting of hearing aids to patients with varying degrees and types of hearing loss and hearing lifestyles. Maintaining continuing education requirements as specified by state and board licensing agencies. Professional reporting and chart notes completed within 24-48 hours (including weekends and holidays) of appointments. All reports and notes completed by the end of the business week. Removal of occluding and impacted cerumen using appropriate tools and methods. Continual training and advancement to develop skills with various diagnostic and fitting software systems. Plan and execute quarterly community engagement events, in partnership with your manager and marketing team. Assist with all marketing endeavors as requested by the Company, your manager, and the marketing team, including but not limited to: Monthly physician marketing; and Occasional weekend events not to exceed one weekend per calendar quarter.

Pay:

Up to $160,000.00 per year
