Job Description

Audiologist St. Luke's is seeking an Audiologist to lead one of our already established hearing clinics to help us grow to the next level. This rare opportunity is perfect for an audiologist seeking an independent private practice type setting within a very established medical facility.
The applicant should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit with energy and passion for audiology and the services we provide. The ideal candidate will also have good communication skills, confidence, and comfort with other medical professionals. Primary duties will include comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid sales, dispensing and rehabilitation for adults in our Spring Hill office. Community outreach and marketing efforts will be strong areas of interest as well. Company Mission

For 58 years, the St. Luke's practice has employed state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, while delivering on a long-standing reputation for excellence and outstanding patient care.
Our home office is in Tarpon Springs, with additional locations in Spring Hill, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel and The Villages. We offer onsite surgical care at our Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Wesley Chapel and The Villages locations. In addition to our multi-specialty ophthalmology practice, our service lines include plastic surgery and hearing services. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
Hearing aid sales
Provide dispensing and rehabilitation for adults only in our Spring Hill office
Manage community outreach and marketing efforts required including managing social media exposure
Requirements
A doctoral degree (an AuD) from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation Minimum of five years' experience
Actively involved in the American Academy of Audiology or the Florida Academy of Audiology
Knowledge of medical insurance billing helpful
Must possess skills in data analysis, using technology, interacting with patients, and communicating and collaborating with other professionals.
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Must have high attention to detail
Demonstrates great customer service skills
Must have positive attitude and high energy
Must be adaptable Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
Stay abreast of new developments and technology in the industry
Must be mobile in an office setting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and stretching
