We are searching for an experienced professional to perform a single Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) related to auditory processing. This is a contract position, requiring onsite work near Aurora, IL. In this collaborative environment, youll work closely with a Nurse to deliver a vital assessment for a local school, with responsibilities centered around completion of one comprehensive evaluation before the end of September.

What youll need:

Current and active Illinois Audiologist License (required) Proven expertise in conducting auditory processing evaluations, particularly within educational settings Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with health and educational professionals Ability to maintain documentation and adhere to compliance requirements for Independent Educational Evaluations Prior school-based experience is highly desirable What you will do: Perform a thorough Independent Educational Evaluation for auditory processing, helping inform student support strategies Collaborate onsite with a Nurse and interdisciplinary team as needed to gather and synthesize relevant health and educational background Complete necessary documentation and provide a detailed, timely report in line with school and legal standards Ensure assessment is completed before the end of September to meet the districts timeline Consult with district personnel as needed to interpret findings This opportunity offers a flat fee upon completion of the evaluation, with the amount determined by your experience.
