Job Description

Audiologist (Full-Time or Part-Time) Robinson, Illinois Join a community-focused Illinois hospital offering a flexible Audiology opportunity designed around your ideal schedule and lifestyle. Position Highlights Flexible Audiology Schedule:
Choose a part-time or full-time schedule with 24 day workweek options tailored to your preferred work-life balance

Practice in a patient-centered hospital setting featuring updated audiology equipment, private office space, and strong operational support
Collaborative ENT Environment:
Work closely with an experienced ENT provider and long-tenured clinical staff in a stable, community-focused organization
Audiology Program Growth:
Help expand and shape a growing audiology service line with strong patient demand and long-term sustainability

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:
Guaranteed base salary ranging from $92,000$100,000 annually based on experience
Productivity Incentives:
RVU-based bonus structure with additional earning potential

Professional Development Support:
$3,000 CME allowance, 5 CME days annually, and reimbursement for licensure and professional fees up to $2,500

Licensure:
Eligible for or able to obtain Illinois audiology licensure
Clinical Skillset:
