Qualifications:

Masters degree or doctoral degree (Au.

D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist Demonstrated experience in 1:1 pediatric care Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and adapt in a school setting Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough audiological evaluations for students, primarily in a one-on-one capacity Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in coordination with school staff and families Provide direct support for students with hearing difficulties, ensuring accommodations and technology (such as FM systems) are utilized effectively Offer consultations and training to educators and staff on hearing-related issues Maintain detailed records, ensuring compliance with all school and state guidelines Participate actively in student support teams and IEP meetings This role provides access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
