Job Description

We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Team! We are a fast-growing network of ENT clinics, and we are looking for an APP who is excellence-minded, service-driven, principled, and forward-thinking. Our office is an outpatient-based opportunity. Provider responsibilities will include new patient consults, establish patient visits, as well as preoperative and postoperative care. State-of-the-art balance and fall prevention center within our office. We specialize in nasal and sinus disorders, hearing and balance disorders, throat and voice complications, head and neck surgery, allergy management, diagnostic audiology and vestibular testing, and hearing aid dispensing.
SKILLS:
Demonstrates competency dealing with all age groups Accurately evaluating patient problems in person or via phone and providing appropriate advice, intervention, or referral. Developing/revising patient care plan based on patient status. ENT experienced required Split coverage between Frederick and Hagerstown clinics
COMPENSATION
Annual base salary + 10% bonus potential

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree - PA/FNP - excellent written and verbal communication skills. State licensure and board certification is required Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Must love building relationships with patients and fellow staff, value bedside manner and possess excellent clinical skills
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of medical model and roles of physicians and physician assistants. Familiar with anatomy, pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical medicine, and physical diagnosis. Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations. Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans. Knowledge of documentation in medical records in confidential manner.
