Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Audiologist to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a strong desire to impact the lives of our patients and a commitment to utilize best practices in a specialty ENT clinic. We are a busy, full-service Otolaryngology practice with 3 ENT physicians, 3 Audiologists and an Audiology Assistant. Additionally, we have 2 Otologists that come to our office twice a month. The ideal candidate has experience administering audiometric testing to all patient populations (including infants & pediatrics), CI experience, and desires to provide excellent, top-notch, diagnostic test results by getting to the bottom of the issue to obtain accurate, reliable results. Our ideal candidate also has experience working with hearing aids, utilizing Real-Ear measurements for best fit and strives to provide the highest level of patient care. Our ideal candidate is committed not only to delivering exceptional patient care, but also to contributing to the overall success and growth of the audiology department. This individual understands the importance of balancing clinical excellence with sound business practices, takes an interest in department performance metrics, and actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiency, support growth, and ensure the long-term health of the practice.
