III NICU
â" a place where youâ™ll care for a balanced-mix of patients without the high-volume burnout . Hospital-employed pediatricians handle routine newborn care , allowing you to focus on what you do best. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or part-time flexibility, we invite you to consider joining our team. Your Work Schedule (Full-Time): ~2 weeks/month alternating between primary and backup neonatologist roles Primary neonatologist In-house daytime coverage (8 a.m. â" 4 p.m.) of primary patients and supervision of half of NNP patients At-home backup for in-house NNP overnight Attend high-risk deliveries (
