Qualifications:
Masters degree or doctoral degree (Au.
D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology required Current Texas licensure as an Audiologist Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Commitment to delivering individualized, compassionate care to students Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized audiology care plans Deliver direct 1:1 services to pediatric students in need of hearing support Collaborate with school staff to adapt the learning environment for auditory accessibility Document progress and communicate findings and recommendations to families and colleagues Serve as a resource for hearing-related modifications and technology use in the classroom Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and documentation standards
