Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Audiologist (AuD.) to join our growing team. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with patient's needs. Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers. Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA. Stay up to date on changes in the field of audiology. Adherence to company policies and procedures Treating adults Community outreach initiatives. Qualifications

• AuD. preferred, a master's degree in Audiology acceptable.
• NJ state license or ability to acquire.
• Minimum of one-year private practice experience
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a flexible attitude
• The ability to work and contribute to a team environment as well as autonomy.
• Self-motivated to increase practice revenue and satisfaction.
