Job Description

HR Generalist | $65K-$70K+ (Direct Hire)
Schedule:
M-F, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, on-site in Windsor, CT A growing organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to handle the day-to-day functions of HR. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with strong benefits knowledge, employee relations experience, and HR operations skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage benefits, leave, employee records, and HR administration Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR needs Maintain HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience considered At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience Strong understanding of benefits, LOA, and HR operations Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations HRIS and Microsoft Office experience SHRM-CP and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Background check and drug screen required Ready to make an impact?
