Audiologist NJ Eye and Ear, LLC - 3.7 Englewood, NJ Job Details Part-time From $45 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Interpersonal skills Diagnosing conductive hearing loss Customer service In-person customer service Diagnosing central auditory processing disorders (CAPD) Otoacoustic emissions testing Hearing aid follow-up care Audiologist License Balance disorder assessments Diagnosing mixed hearing loss Care coordination Interpersonal communication Full Job Description Part time Audiologist (2 days a week), Au. D needed for busy Audiology/ENT practice. The person must be a self-starter and proficient in audiology testing and dispensing hearing aids. The audiologist will provide audiological testing to pediatric populations and consultations. Must be trained to diagnose, treat, and monitor hearing loss and balance problems. Must be able to perform DPOAE, impedance testing, conventional pure tone testing, speech testing, VRA and CPA. Coordination of care with ENT and health care professionals needed. Ability to perform VNG a plus. Must make recommendations regarding hearing aid options performing repairs, hearing aid checks, cleaning, follow up, and education of devices. Must coordinate the care and make recommendations on hearing and audio vestibular disorders. The audiologist must perform miscellaneous duties as needed for office management and available to work at other locations as needed. Expectancy is that of a team player.
