Job Description

Our Franchise Partner is seeking an experienced Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist who is passionate about helping others. Making a difference in people's lives is why you chose this career. Our Hearing Care Professionals are sales consultants, program marketers, outreach coordinators, and product specialists all in one. With your prior knowledge of identifying hearing loss and offering effective solutions, you'll integrate seamlessly, ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Experience Create a welcoming, trust-based environment Conduct hearing evaluation consultations Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories Provide long-term after-care services Sales & Growth Meet and exceed individual performance goals Track KPIs including conversion, revenue, and follow-up compliance Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement Leadership & Development Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Accept coaching and implement feedback quickly Demonstrate ownership of personal results Requirements Required Qualifications Active license in the state of Nevada as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics Professional, growth-oriented mindset

PM Compensation:
